Before the retreat begins, you’ll receive an individual consultation with Upasana to review your health history, goals and blood work.
This allows us to understand where you are starting and tailor recommendations to your unique needs.
Your blood markers tell a story.
Upasana will personally analyse your reports before and after the program, helping you understand what your body is communicating and how food and lifestyle can support optimal health.
In addition to group learning on each Sunday, participants receive personalised guidance throughout the retreat.
Additional free consultations may be recommended based on your health goals, symptoms and individual requirements to help you achieve meaningful and sustainable results.
Become certified through India’s only dedicated Whole Food Plant-Based Cooking Academy.
This hands-on academy teaches practical culinary techniques that make healthy eating delicious, sustainable and enjoyable for life.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion from Natureville WFPB Cooking Academy.
