These modules cannot be purchased individually. They must be taken together. This cooking course aims to teach you how to take your health into your own hands.

Each participant can bring their house help or cook at an additional cost.

Modules

Whole food plant-based includes food with no animal products including dairy and no processed foods such as oils, white rice, sugar, maida, etc. instead focusing on whole plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lentils, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

WEEK 1

Induction Basics of WFPB

  • Kitchen equipment to make cooking fast, nutritious, and easy.
  • Various methods of cooking.
  • Preserve nutrition in food.

WEEK 2

Oil-free cooking techniques module

Learn techniques to make delicious food without oil. Oil is processed and contributes to many imbalances in the body.

  • Learn to make simple oil free tadka, sabzi, dals.
  • Oil-free samosas, pakoras and fries.

WEEK 3

Meat and dairy substitutes module

Animal products have been termed as ‘carcinogens’, meaning cancer-causing by WHO and increasing evidence shows the intake of animal products causes chronic lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases, hormonal imbalances, cancers and autoimmune conditions. There are wonderful substitutes for meat and dairy.

WEEK 4

Super Raw Foods Module

The answer to good health is high amounts of raw foods. Not many enjoy the simple taste of raw vegetables hence this module will teach you how to enhance the flavours of raw foods using clean plant-based ingredients.

WEEK 5

Gluten-free rotis, dosas, idli, and whole grains cooking module Carbs get a bad reputation because the kind of carbs we eat are unhealthy. Learn how to make delicious, healthy whole grains and millet-based dishes.

WEEK 6

Sugar free/Egg free/ Dairy-free baking module

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring. All our favourite dishes can be converted to whole, and plant-based.
